The process of sending money is simple - it is necessary to identify the Payer, provide a copy of the identification document AND provide the necessary information about the Recipient of the remittance, including name, surname, address and place. A TAN code (remittance code) is also assigned to the Payer and should be transmitted to the Recipient.
The payment of money is made in cash in the nominal amount at the branch of the Institution, with the identification of the Recipient and the presentation of the necessary data. Money transfer costs are borne by the Payer, in accordance with the Institution's tariff.

Withdraw money: the money will be paid to you in cash at nominal amount
